"AXIA"

The Axia may well impress and surprise the music lover's first foray into the world of Transfiguration - moving coil cartridges. The design reveals a coherently musical and natural presentation, setting it apart from many exaggerated "Hi-Fi" interpreters. Its ability to recreate musically correct timing facilitates a seamless and exacting rendition, together with an effortless and flowing accuracy of timbre, convincing depth and authenticity or every notes ebb.

Utilising a double ring magnet for a moving coil cartridge has enabled six unique design improvements:

• Two coils within double ring magnets - Front: samarium cobalt, Rear: Neodymium

"PHOENIX"

The Phoenix builds on the virtues of the Axia, presenting the listener with an extended palette of natural tonal colours, voices with more body, a larger space and a greater musical involvement.

With the addition of a second (front) Neodymium magnet - intimately positioned, 5N silver wire coil and a lower internal impedance, the Phoenix creates an unprecedented focus of the magnetic field, ensuring that the harmonically rich temporal puzzle that is music is recreated coherently.

"ORPHEUS L"

Mr Seiji Yoshioka has again extended musical boundaries with the Orpheus L and for those who will not compromise their musical enjoyment need look no further.
The contiguous relation of coil and magnet creates an unprecedented focus of the magnetic field, culminating in an integrity in the musical presentation that Transfiguration believes is unprecedented. A new damping material lends more midrange breath to this cartridge that is exquisitely faithful and alive in the recreation of recorded sound.

• Ultra-grade SS-u-metal core for coil assembly increases sensitivity by 35dB
